Physically still meh, but better than in the sprint in the afternoon. Started well, mistakes on 5, 6, decent for a bit, but then relative pace was slow, bled a lot of time just from running slowly. Ill though, not concerned.

Felt myself getting better over the last few days, but today I was coughing and snotty and generally grim for a lot of it. Felt it physically in some places. Technically decent, but lost seven minutes on leg 14, wasn't attacking from where I thought I was.
