Didn't expect to go onto the Seat and ended up bailing on the long run. My feet were in quite a bit of pain on the uneven ground, my shoe selection wasn't really ideal. Back on the flat it didn't feel like I was set up to last for as long as I wanted so I headed home. Maybe with a bit of rest this afternoon I can get some more in.

Got out for that second run to round out a fine day. Some muscle near my bladder was tweaking pretty hard for the last few kilometers, don't know what to make of it. Very productive, now I can rest, chow, and watch football.

Arms felt very chilly, I should have brought an undershirt and some gloves. Took a bit of energy to catch up but otherwise it was a pretty standard run.

Not sure if I pushed hard enough in the overall picture, but by the fourth longer rep the muscles were aching, so I'm content to take it as a success and push harder next week to feel a bit better.

Round the Seat on an easy effort between uni things. Woke up with quads noping but sorted that out (kinda) with a good stretch. Back to boosting tomorrow.
