Started doing an interval workout (4 or 5 x 1k), but after two the track team came and told me they had track practice at 5. On a Sunday. What? Anyway, did a quick cooldown and left. 2x1k, 3'27, 3'30.

19 controls down. Not very difficult for a red, but the park didn't have much to offer (in the part of the map we used. The western half is actually pretty good)

I'm really just guessing on this time thing...I started, came off, then went back on, so my assumption is I played 2/3 of it. Won 2-1, but we're 0-1 at half time. We made it harder than we shoulda, but after 15 minutes in the second half we started dominating. Eventually it payed off with two goals.

Game ended early partway into the second half, shoulda won but didn't, 1-1, so many frustrating things, we were better, got a bloody nose, we're back in business baby gonna get rid of my injury thing on attackpoint, running tomorrow.
