Orienteering 1:15:30 [4] *** 7.5 km (10:04 / km) +150m 9:09 / km
spiked:17/19c shoes: Inov-8 OROC 280

Didn't bring my watch this time, it slipped from my attention. Two mistakes where I couldn't find a ride to approach my control, lost around 30 seconds, and overran a reentrant by being to high and ran a bit extra, maybe a loss of around a minute and a bit. Distance and climb is as the crow flies, I assure you I ran faster than that.

Line running. Stretching. Juggling and defensive passing with a partner. 5 vs 5 possession in a box. Wing drill, midfielder shoots, then one of the wingers cross. 3 vs 2 right in front of goal. Crossfire (shooting).

Misc (Game) 1:12:00 [5]

Played center mid this time. The bench spent half the game playing, but I played well enough for coach to keep me on when the starters came on. The game didn't matter, it was just to see which sub players were good enough to be relied on, so no surprise we lost. Glad I played well and made minimal mistakes.

Line running (basically drills for 6 minutes). Stretching. Four person passing, long distance, one touch. 4 vs 4 possession in a box. Wing drill, midfielder shoots, then one of the wingers cross. 3 vs 2 right in front of goal. Crossfire (shooting).

Misc (Game) 8:00 [5]

I played in positions I didn't like, so I ended up playing pretty badly. Bit of a joke for me, we won but I didn't feel like I was a part of it. Told coach I'm a center mid after the game.
