Tryouts part 1

A bit of a physical check-in for me. Went for a simple 20 minute run. Left leg felt fine, but right leg was a bit strange. Pains in my right knee and right foot, will try to resolve with ankle stretching and leg movements. Also, with more training time on my hands, core is on the to-do list once more.
