A bit of a physical check-in for me. Went for a simple 20 minute run. Left leg felt fine, but right leg was a bit strange. Pains in my right knee and right foot, will try to resolve with ankle stretching and leg movements. Also, with more training time on my hands, core is on the to-do list once more.

Final race, pretty rainy, kinda foggy, really fun, uphill beginning, made up 40 seconds on the leader from the 9th control to the finish. Really happy with that part.

Swiss O Week off to a good start, placing 17th out of the 85 that finished. Fabian Aebersold is killing it with a second place result. Navigation was good, made a 1.5 minute mistake on number 2 and half a minute lost on 5 and 7 each, otherwise a very good race.
