A bit of Pentlands, then bailed because it was windy and Alice didn't have good footgrip. She wasn't having a good time in the shoe department, stopped loads to retie laces. Enjoyed the route in the end, a little rogue but makes me keen for more Pentlands from home.

Training has been wonderfully consistent, keen to keep it trending upwards long-term so something will have to be increased.
