Note

Had a go at Dalkeith Country Park on CF, was going alright but my light would turn off when I tried to go through a part of the field to 14, weird af

4x7mins on KF, not incredible paces but got the job done and was feeling it on the last rep so can't be too bad. Calves were sore halfway through, the type of sore you get when you're standing on your toes for minutes, bit grim but pulled through. Jamie and Lewis for first rep, then just Lewis for the last three. Was expecting the sloppiest slop but it wasn't too bad.
