Pretty much what I wanted from this week. Heel is much, much better than yesterday, only a few little twinges and doesn't hurt anymore when I roll it inwards. Completely binned the first control and tried to figure out what went wrong while I was heading to 2 on the paths. Nailed 3 and had confidence again, nailed the rest of the controls and had an especially strong series on the last 3 controls.
4 legs from the long legs course, 15 from the control pick, then the last 3 in the long legs.
Looks like we're in for some higher effort relay things tomorrow morning.
