Easing back into a bit of quality, but kept it to 3x5mins to make room for warm-up and cooldown in my 45 minute run (bailed on doing a 4th sad). A bit undulating and uneven rocky footing so didn't end up being that quick but was getting tired. Fat walk after railed me.
