Nice ascent, got dragged to the top of the hill and then ran back until I hit 63 and walked the rest. Nice tricky path, way down was hard, can't imagine racing on that. Both ankles were working pr hard so in the context of injury I think pain is 0, don't think there was any effect from shin splints.
