standard cycle out to Buttermere keeping the gears smooth, then out to new bits I haven't seen yet and up the valley to Honister Pass. Was delightfully gradual for over half of it, couldn't even tell I was going up, but it got steeper real quick. Stopped ~350m from the top, hamstrings were feeling dead, took a break and did the last bit then back home. Was feeling the ride into Cockermouth and Bridekirk, think that's about as much as I can comfortably do at the moment. That'll go up I'm sure.
