SOL 1 - Darnaway

Not shifting very well today. Was doing pretty well until entering 9 and expecting the control earlier. Lost between 1 and 2 minutes and entered the heather area after that, wasn't able to move fast. Messy and physically struggling, didn't piece together any type of good race here. Work: physicality in heather, better prep long before the race to mitigate soreness or tiredness that might have impacts, exit directions, about two cases of leaving a control on a short leg with an underdeveloped plan.
