Warm-up, 25 mins tempo, cooldown. Heartrate seems bullshit. HRM hopefully ordered and on the way soon. Just gonna keep on putting down the building blocks, even if I'm slow now it can't last forever. Uphill section was deceptively tough after a while.

In the Trossachs w/ Spud, Nixon, and Bobby. Happy with nav, want to take a look at some of the routes that I botched. Still focusing on improving my processing, so there's definitely moments where I'm even slower, but forcing it now will be better long-term.
