Was an idiot about the scale at the beginning, but from there just going along. Bit muddy and slippery, and didn't feel good on the climbs, felt more laboured than it should have.

Warm up into 20 minute tempo around the Meadows, body feeling alright although tensing up a bit towards the end. There were some short seconds where I was preoccupied with clearing out some phlegm and breathing was obviously inefficient. Love to see it.
