2x90s, 4x60, 4x30, 4x15, rest as long as interval

3'35 +-5 for most of it, a bit faster for the 90s when I was fresh and a bit faster for the 15s. Rest varied but averaged in low 4s. Had a weird dead foot feeling at the beginning on the right, felt like my left foot was making better connection with the ground, feeling went away. Never done anything where the rest isn't a solid recovery so that was new.
