EUOC long run

Keeping it very chill, happy with how I'm moving, descending was slow because of being careful with mud and my footwear and whatnot but was feeling good climbing. No concerns other than having recent shitting scares. Perhaps a look at what's changed in my diet recently and what needs to be fixed?
