Night-O at Almorox. This one was taken slightly harder with 30 second interval starts. Muscles feel stronger so knock on wood that everything will be alright pretty soon. A few mistakes but there were definitely some positives mixed in there as well. So, so many mistakes so far just three days into the camp but I'm just gonna have to take the L and keep going at it without letting up.
