Didn't expect to go onto the Seat and ended up bailing on the long run. My feet were in quite a bit of pain on the uneven ground, my shoe selection wasn't really ideal. Back on the flat it didn't feel like I was set up to last for as long as I wanted so I headed home. Maybe with a bit of rest this afternoon I can get some more in.

Got out for that second run to round out a fine day. Some muscle near my bladder was tweaking pretty hard for the last few kilometers, don't know what to make of it. Very productive, now I can rest, chow, and watch football.
