Didn't get the full stretching experience, not sure how I can live with myself.

3x7 mins, 2x 5 mins
Legs were feeling quite tired. Didn't affect to much for the 7s, and I was quite happy with the third rep that presented a glimmer of progress that's coming out of all this, but my legs couldn't quite put down the hammer for the 5s and I struggled to get my heartrate to a high enough range because I wasn't going fast enough. Enjoyable session in the end.
