Postponing speed day until tomorrow and taking a rest day today, my ankle has slowly been getting irritated over the day, it feels like a one-day issue; I think it will be fine tomorrow. Extremely frustrating because I was already annoyed with missing the fifth interval yesterday, but all I can do is look past it. Gonna have to balance conditioning with staying off that leg.
