Working on visibility maps on Running Wild

Easy Run intervals 30:00 [4] 7.12 km (4:13 / km)
shoes: Adidas Pureboost

3:30/km 4:00/km alternating 3 minutes each for 18 minutes, four minutes slow jog, six times 30 on 30 off at 3:16/km, 2 minute cooldown.

I struggled with breath control in the 14-15 minute mark, got it sorta under control but I was craving that sweet, sweet release. Gottem done though.
