Long combined with tempo. 30 minutes in, switched to 4:15 min/km for 10 minutes, then 4:05 min/km for 5 minutes. Needed a 2 and a half minute break before I did the final 5 minutes at 3:50 min/km, then finished the run. Definitely tough.
