Played a hardcore version of croquet today, with hills and playgrounds and sand and trees and gas tanks...not a workout, but I thought I should put that here anyway.

I'm a backup goalkeeper for my team now that our other backup broke his arm, so...I thought it would be good to go to the goalkeeping session our club has. Not hard in terms of running, but I got some good balance and reaction training in there.
