Cycling 2:15:35 [2] 47.57 km (21.1 kph) +500m

Gladhouse loop with aj. Beautifully sunny but couldn't quite fully enjoy it as the wind was horrific. Was fully getting moody over it. Managed to get yet another puncture, fortunately just after I'd past Kings so I could walk home. Well annoyed. And my calves really don't agree with walking in cleats.... Knee all fine, just a little painful after.

Away match vs Dundee. Leading 22-21 at half time then I came on for second half and we pulled it out to 42-35. Coincidence? lol Also knee fine :D

Note

Had a slight mishap at beerienteering and fell over... Smashed my knee which is now quite bruised and swollen oops. Went to netball training but couldn't run or move very well in general so just had to sit off. Will have to take a few days off exercise I think-.-

3x1km (~2mins). Horrible. Felt awful so just stuck to 3. Just a warm up for beerienteering really.
