Last gym sesh. Warm up on the treadmill then various weight machines. Then I discovered a skipping rope and got a bit excited and killed myself skipping for 15 minutes.... Then went on a wobble board and did some strength things with catching a med ball and squatting. More for entertainment purposes really ;)
Only U16 training so I could get home and revise and have an earlier night.... 'Running forwards for the ball' drills and then matches with Seniors. Played C, WA and then GS and I got one in - yay:D
