Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [4]
Some strange fitness thing that all the netball teams have been doing. As a group of 4 we had to complete 100 press-ups, 100 jumping lunges, 100 burpees, 100 chest passes and 100 full court sprints. Not what I signed up for on my rest day.... And as per I ended up doing more than my fair share (25 of each) being the 'fit' one on the team (!!) Actually a tiring netball fitness session for once though! Good stuff.
