GPS only registered 3.93km which is annoying as I had it on for a while before I started to run. Calf felt good - not strong but it didn't pull so clearly the rehab worked a treat. Pace was reasonable.

Rear tyre has a leak - as a result, had to stop a number of times to put more air in - will need to put in a new tube I suppose -= first time in a long time that I will have to do that!
