Physio this morning - more needling - some good improvement but she is still questioning whether recovery will be enough to rogaine. I'm quietly confident (stubborn).

Realize I could be doing other stuff this week but just writing it off as a full rest and recovery week. Body is feeling very good for it (other than calf obviously)

Probably should be in the gym and on the bike but sleeping is nice and I have presentation to do today. Some good physio activities to do.

Physio this morning. Grade 1 is the verdict - but a few other issues to be tackled too - inc my weak ass and tightness. She got the needles in me - argh they suck. But they get the job done

Moved Mondays gym to Wednesday figure I would string as many do nothing days together as possible to aid in the recovery process. It's certainly improved from yesterday much less of a limp but still know it's there.
