Piss poor exercise year - goes to explain why I feel physically and mentally spanked. damn being sick for 6 months+ of this year! - almost certain its the worst year I would have ever had.

Took mounts bay home - bit of headwind nothing too bad - partway along someone came past so I latched on was nice cruising at 30.

I REALLY liked this course.

I had planned a bit over 7 but lack of breakfast and the heat made me reassess. I think its clearable at about 8.5 ish give or take.

I definitely want to run this one again in the cool when I'm feeling a bit better. the whole family had funny tummy this week.

Only negative is crossing railway parade 2 times or if to clear 4 times...

A nice man watering his garden thought a crazy was approaching him mid my run then he realised "oh you're running" and just wanted to be sprayed down and he willingly did so then said "now go you good thing!" lol

But yeah - super nice area lots of laneways. in the north shenton park/south subi type area.
