To/from F&S with a brief stop at Högskolan on the way back.

All the usual exercises + abs. Made everything shorter/easier with two instead of three sets for most of them to save my knee for the weekend.

Leaving tomorrow morning on a bus trip with a neighbouring club to Bornholm, Denmark. Of course orienteering is the main activity but a visit to Copenhagen is also scheduled the day after the races.
Walking to Kupolen and Willys for some shopping and to get some Danish money (~50 min) + an extra trip to Tjärna C to pick up a parcel for Birgit (~25 min).
