Walk with Maria and Molle to Plättbacken - there seems to be still quite a bit of snow in the forest. Thanks to the warm weather lately most of the snow in town and in open areas is gone by now.

Today was the first time I tried - and succeeded - to drive our car since my surgery. Drove to Tjärna C to get some Saturday goodies (chips, candy).

Morning appointment with the physiotherapist - Birgit was there at the same time and got some instruction on a few new exercises while I did mostly the same exercises in the gym as last time.

* Crosstrainer - 10 minutes at level 14
* Leg press "slide board" - where I started with my legs bent as much as I could handle and then doing 3x30 reps adjusting the angle a few times.
* Heel-raises 3x30
* Easy exercise bike - a few minutes of both backwards and forwards pedal movement.
* Some random upper body exercises just to try out the various machines.
* Rounding off with 1 km easy erging in 4:59.

Visit from a friend, Bengt H, who had promised to help in finalizing the books and the financial statement from last year in Anders' company.
We got most of it done and prepared some more for the final paper work before handing in the tax returns (to be done maybe next week when Anders is visiting?)

My morning appointment with the physiotherapist was cancelled but he later phoned me to tell that I could come in the afternoon instead. Same exercises in the gym as last time.

* Crosstrainer - 10 minutes at level 14
* Leg press "slide board" - where I started with my legs bent as much as I could handle and then doing 3x30 reps adjusting the angle a few times.
* Heel-raises 2x30
* Exercise bike - after adjusting the seat I managed to get my leg the whole way around in both backwards and forwards pedal movement.

Still only one set of exercises. Leg was bothering me and hurting more than usual - especially in the morning.

Walking the usual neighbourhood loop w Maria and Molle. Took longer than usual since we stopped and talked to a lot of people being out in the lovely weather. Then we went to Södra Backa which meant more (Indoor) walking at Jula and Clas Ohlson. All in all too much walking and standing for one day at this stage.
