Second appointment with the physiotherapist. This time he let me do several exercises in the gym.
* Exercise bike - couldnĀ“t pedal the whole way around at my first try. After a few other exercises we went back and tried again and I managed - not without some pain - to get my leg the whole way around in the "backwards" pedal movement.
* Leg press "slider" - where I started with my legs bent as much as I could handle and then doing 30 reps (with bodyweight only). Adjusted to a deeper position a couple of times and did another 2x30 reps.
* Crosstrainer - 5 minutes at level 14

Walking quite a bit downtown - to the physiotherapist, to get fika and then to meet Maria at the train station.

Followed the TV/internet broadcast from Swedish League Sprint in the afternoon.
After my visit to the physiotherapist and the exercises I did there my leg has felt very swollen and uncomfortable. I've decided to skip my regular program for today to get an opportunity to rest/heal...
