Not the best run. Felt really sluggish from having a rest week and probably also because of lack of sleep . Managed to tweak my right ankle (the other one from QBIII) even with an ankle brace. I think I'm going to use tape for the near future. My navigation was horrible for #1. Ran off in the wrong direction. I even recognized that I was running along the bit of indistinct track and still went way left. Saw a control, ran to it and realized it wasn't mine. Cleaned things up a lot after that. Had a poor route choice for 8-->9 and even worse for 20-->21. Over ran 17 as I chose to pop back up above the rock for easier running and dropped back down to late. Saw another control and checked it. Then kept going until I finally convinced myself that I had gone too far.
