I had a pretty bad run today. Three mistakes on 5, 10, and 11. The woods were beautiful though and the course was so much fun! It was a great weekend, thanks to everyone who made it happen, especially Becky, Ed, and PG!!!
Hips were sore before I started but I didn't notice them once I started running.

I had a clean run today, no mistakes just some hesitations in the circle and about halfway through leg 14. I did a lot of walking up hills and even some flat bits near the end but my leg stayed in one piece! I wasn't even feeling the normal pain by the end which makes me very happy.

She still doesn't know what the problem is. I'm going to try to see a chiropractor before I leave. She's having me work on stabilizing my core after aligning my pelvis. Basically a lot of the same exercises I was doing before for my left IT band. Hip and glute strength, but now more of a focus on core.
