It's hard to build up speed when there are tourists and pedestrians lining the river. I had a good stretch along the greenway but it only lasted a few minutes.

Note

I went to a physical therapist today and he confirmed that I have runner's knee. He gave me exercises for my hips and ankles. He also told me to roll my IT band everyday and do quad and calf stretches. I have appointments with him twice a week for the next month so... hopefully I see some progress soon. I'm not allowed to run for now so I won't be racing at the Troll Cup this weekend. I will be running at team trials even if it doesn't clear up by then.
