Note

I noticed a pain at the junction of my third toe and the ball of my foot last night. It hurt all throughout today so I went to my trainer before lacrosse and she thinks I have "Morton's Neuroma"...? I'm icing it now so we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

Running Drills 3:00 [3]

We did a few running intensive drills today. Lots of short sprints and fast turns.

Running (Warm Up) 14:27 [2] 2.13 km (6:47 / km)

Orienteering race 53:49 [4] 5.4 km (9:58 / km)

Today I focused on being clean and smooth through every control. I felt really solid navigationally during the first half of the course. I didn't have a clear attackpoint for 12 so I lost time being unsure of myself and slow. Overall a pretty successful weekend, and I am glad I went into day two with more of a training mindset than a racing one to prepare myself for team trials.
