Orienteering (Green) 1:02:48 [3] 6.02 km (10:26 / km)
spiked:8/14c

This felt really good. I tried to push the pace in the woods a lot on trails.
I may have been a little harsh on my spiked/total #controls.

Lacrosse (Game) 1:00:00 [3]

Medford beat us. They are the best in our league by far so this wasn't a complete shock but we did have our hopes up because of the Bedford game and our "mental practice" yesterday. We had a pretty good game (the score was only 8-6) and we could have beaten them if we hadn't made silly mistakes. I think mistakes were made because we were intimidated going into the game.

Lacrosse 1:00:00 [3]

We beat North Shore Tech again 10-3. I played all but 5 min of the game because my coach let girls who don't get a lot of time play.

Orienteering race 1:27:00 [3]

I decided to go out even though my ankle was really iffy. I walked the course and did surprisingly well. I guess walking at West Point is the way to go.

Note

Yay West Point A meet! Definitely one of my favorite meets. It was really nice to see all the cadets I know from JWOC last summer and two summers ago.
