Last day of tryouts, we scrimmaged world cup style. My team (Japan) went undefeated!
Did some core at the end of practice.
Oh, and I made varsity :)

First day of tryouts! I felt pretty good. We did most of the physical assessments today (mile, push ups, plank... etc.) We even got to play a little soccer :)
It was hot and humid so not ideal but I survived. I didn't have to use my inhaler during the mile (I didn't push it, the cut off for varsity is only 7:30).
I'm really excited about this season because my lacrosse coach has joined the soccer staff! Woohoo
