4 mins of running, then drills. Erin and I went to a track today and did a bunch of different drills including some hurdle drills. I did two easy jogging laps of the soccer field between each new group of exercises. My knee only started hurting at the very end when I was doing some faster running.

Note

I helped out with Erin's Adventure Running program for kids grade 1-3 (?). There were a lot of second graders and they were mostly energetic! It was a lot of fun.
