Orienteering race 1:01:34 [5] 5.8 km (10:37 / km)

I had a few bobbles to start off the run. However, in the middle of the course I started to pick up the pace and the flow. Towards the end of the race my confidence was high and I ran well. With an exception of 1-2 controls.

Training around Erlanger Kentucky. Since track was pretty easy I decided to do a course around Erlanger

I wasn't as consistent as i would have hoped. However, after the end of the run I had nothing left.
