30 mins total. Spread throughout the day. 1 set right after practice. Then a second set a little after practice.

All start today. These are either max set, or the amount of the day from the year. So if it's January 26 then I do 26 sets of 5 each. However if it's 200 days into the year then I do 200 reps of each exercise.
