Ran one of my courses at E.I today. Found a few errors and will fix them later.

Intense core workout
Warm-up
30 sec mountain climbers
30 sec planks
30 sec superman

Workout-Listened to music... Finished all of Clockwork Angels by Rush

Pushups 10x25
sit ups 10x50
Pull ups 5x10
Muscle ups 5x2

Then in the next section... After I finished a set I would look at armchair.
This is 9 minutes of hell

1 min pushups
1 minute burpees
1 minute situps
1 minute dunbell press
1 minute lunges
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute jump rope
1 minute agility
1 minute plank
Rest of the night.... Die

Long slow run, and during the run completed 5 sets of 30 second sprints and 10 sets of 3:30 minute build ups.

Idk distance. But I alternates speeds with songs. Every other song I would go race pace. Then practically have full recovery, and so on.
