I mp this course. After overshooting the 6th control I decided to relocate to be safe. However, after getting to my new attackpoint I had folded my map a different way, and without thinking about it..... I ran to 8. So I skipped 6 and 7...

A short little run to shake out the junk. Then resting the rest of the week for NAOC.

Dropping my sister off at cheer, then off to England Idlewild for a run and orienteering exercises.

My legs really hurt so I did a nice and easy loooong warm up with a lot of stretching.

Took it easy and got back into the detail of the map. Also did different compass exercises, simplification, strides, and intervals during the course.
