Legitimately thought I was running a solid 8:15 pace, but was wrong yet again. Will definitely pay more attention to this from now on. Got some new scenery running through Stanton Heights and Lawrenceville today!

Finally made it to the gym again after intentionally taking Tuesday off since I was doing hills...probably will try to go one day this weekend too before heading home for xmas!

Soooo wet!!! Very rainy and I got majorly splashed by a bus about 2 miles into my run. After that I was completely soaked and it didn't really matter. It was a bit warmer today which I guess was nice, but cold, dark, and rainy is really not my first choice of running weather. Did some strides in the last couple of miles.

Got up at 4:45am to run before work so I could have a social actually was kind of nice running in the morning when no one else was up - way less traffic to deal with! The only downside was that a couple of my fingers froze during the last couple of miles and I had some pretty painful thawing when I got home. I mean, that, and the fact that I had to wake up at 4:45am...

Longish warm up, then 8x90s hills with jog back down as recovery, then longish cool down. This workout went pretty well, considering it was hills, which are one of my least favorite workouts. Was pretty consistent throughout, and felt decent for most of the reps. Had a fun time running the hills in the dark too...
