So I've gotten super behind on logging so I'm not even going to try to catch up. I took a couple of weeks off of running because I was feeling really burnt out and the weather has been crappy for so long. Starting easing back into it this week (2x haha) and it actually felt really good. I think the break helped and I'm feeling excited to start running again...hopefully the weather will start staying nice for more than a day at a time soon - I'm so ready for spring!

What a beautiful day for running, in spite of the somewhat aggressive wind! I felt really good taking it easy, and somehow my endurance is better than it was before I took 2 weeks off of running? I guess the cross training has been doing its work. I will say that over an hour of running today was still less exhausting than the 20 minute workout I did on the rowing machine yesterday...
