What a lovely fall run, and through the park, no less! I love this finally fall-feeling weather, and some of the leaves are finally starting to change! I was kind of sore from the gym yesterday, but this was such a nice run it didn't even matter. I thought it was going to be like 4 miles, but since when do I ever correctly guess the length of my running routes? Better longer than shorter though I guess haha

Morning running once again to beat the heat. I had a vague idea in my head of where I wanted to go but I didn't realize it would be this far. My legs were a bit sore from the gym on Sunday, but it was bearable. More traffic than I'm used to running in the morning, probably because this was later than my usual morning runs. I like this route though, and it is always nice getting my running done in the morning. Unfortunately it meant I didn't have time for my morning coffee though :(
