Running 31:30 [3] 3.75 mi (8:24 / mi)
Short, easy run to ease back into it after a week off of running. The good news is that both of my knees felt 100% and my legs felt good too, so no lasting damage from the backpacking. For some reason my left calf is sore - it feels like it cramped up or something but I'm not sure why. Not really an issue while running though.
