Running 53:00 [3] 6.61 mi (8:01 / mi)

So I decided to try this route through Frick Park again thinking it was 6 miles, but then halfway through my run I realized that it was 6 miles to the coffee place, not 6 miles home. I went a bit past the coffee place, and then walked about a mile home. My left hip was hurting a bit, maybe from my unplanned long run yesterday. It was nice running in the daylight for once though, and I love running through the park, even in the winter!

Racquetball 30:00 [3]

Played racquetball this morning with Kat - I have to say she was really off her game today. I won both games easily, but I think partly she was just distracted cause she has a ton of work to do, which I totally get since I'm in the same boat. It's still nice to take a break though and have some fun.

Running 1:08:00 [3] 8.32 mi (8:10 / mi)

Well my run without a plan somehow turned into a long run. I though it was going to be awfully cold running, but it actually wasn't bad at all once I got out there and I felt good running so I just kept going. Just goes to show that usually getting out the door is the hardest part.

Running 48:00 [3] 5.76 mi (8:20 / mi)

I wasn't planning on running today, but a balmy 40 degree night in the middle of winter was too good to pass up, even if it was already 9:00 by the time I got home from school. It was a really nice, relaxing run today (besides the part where I decided to run up Negley, forever my nemesis hill) where I just kind of ran where I felt like it without a route really planned out beforehand. It's runs like this one that keep me running, I just have to remember that on the days that I don't feel like going out there in the first place.

Running 51:00 [3] 6.33 mi (8:03 / mi)

I have found myself incredibly unmotivated to go running the past 3 days, but literally the minute I started running today (and trust me, it took a long mental struggle to get out there) I felt really, really good. It's nice that I can still run fine after 4 days off cause sometimes those weeks just happen I guess. It started snowing about halfway into my run, but it was the nice, soft snow and it wasn't coming down too hard so it was actually really peaceful to run in.
