It was really icy today. I went running later in the day thinking it would be better, and for the most part it was. The combination of rain for most of the day and wearing my O-shoes meant traction wasn't that bad most of the time. However, even O-shoes don't grip on solid ice, and I took a nice cartoon-esque spill running over a bridge which was covered in a solid sheet of ice that I didn't realize until too late.
